Actions

July 21, 2023 — Initial Investigation

We met the complainant at 2061 Williams Creek Church Rd in Sharon, Ga 30821. We then followed the complainant to a spot downstream from the property where his initial photos were taken (attached). We found dark discolored banks and dark waters darker than the initial photos taken by the complainant. We then went to the property the complaint was referencing. There we also found dark discolored banks and dark waters. To confirm that this is coming from the property in question we went to a tributary intermittent stream right off the property where we found the same dark discolored banks and dark waters. Investigation is still ongoing.
