Nature of Complaint
BMPs are in need of maintenance and site is discharging turbid water as per Mr. Reyes e-mail: ""Please let the records show, this morning after a rain event of 2 inches, I noticed that we had flood waters of red clay high turbidity looking waters that were flowing off of the construction site (Wren Wood phase II, Columbus Georgia ) and across onto my private property, back yard area. The un invited red clay waters were nearly 80 feet across the property line in an 80 by 100 foot area in my back yard. I believe we are going to need to install a permanent retention pond with a large reliable sediment filtering system in this south west corner. And we need the silt screen across lots 23 and 24.The sd4s in the south west corner are maxed out and full. Thrush drive is flooding out/backed up in the south end culdesac. Miss Taylor,Please check your sd4s and silt screen/vegetation is needed on the outer bank slopes, BMPS need maintenance. Out fall #3 is discharging a large plum in to the creek and across my back yard. If anybody would like photos emailed, please let me know.""
