February 27, 2006 — Initial Investigation

I Called And Talked To Mr. Bryans Grandson, Clinton Mizell. I Told Him It Was Perfectly Legal For The Landfill To Take Permitted Waste In From Any State They Want To. Additionally, I Was At The Site On The 27feb06 And Preformed A Semi-Annual Inspection. I Found No Problems. Mizell Said He Would Talk To His Grandfather Aboutthis Complaint. Recommend This Complaint Be Closed.
