EPD received the following email from the Gilmer County LIA:
Hi Tracy
I went out to High River yesterday (1/26) after talking to Tom Lippincott who took a half hour to tell me trees were cut across the river from his house. I told him permits were pulled and the developer had sold all the lots across from him. He still doesn't understand that Bill Holt is not the owner new owners are doing the cutting. The problem is, I don't know who the owners are because the sale hasn't cleared the clerk's office yet. The lots appear to be #269 or #270, but I am not sure which. They seem to be the last lots on the south end of the development along the Coosewattee. Tom asked for your contact information, so... I gave him the office number.
his complaint to me was wash into the river which I couldn't see.
