Met With Complainant And Observed Small Area (Approx 2 Sq Ft) Where Motor Oil Had Been Dumped At Property Line Adjoining Residence. Proceeded Next Door And Met With Mr. Gene Jones. He Stated That He Would Dig The Soil Up And Dispose In Trash. Instructed Mr. Jones That Sumping Oil Is A Violation Of Solid Waste Rules. Ask Complainant To Call If Problem Persists. No Further Action At This Time.
