Follow-Up Investigation
30‑Mar‑2021 by Jeffery Williams
Phone call with Mr. Echols. Mr. Echols was told that the investigation is ongoing and the Division is trying to gather information at this time. It was also stated that Glenn was told, during his site visit, by farm worker that some of the material was brought from Publix and Purina facilities. Mr. Echols was upset about the allegations but very cooperative. He said he would have to consult with GWAR to find out exactly where the product was coming from but he was only supposed to be getting approved soil amendments. Soil amendments he was receiving from GWAR were supposed to be approved by the Dept. of Ag. and were being applied using proper ag. rates.
Mr. Echols said he would contact GWAR and provide written details about where the material is coming from.
Mr. Echols also asked about GORA and if he could have all information about the complainant.
Initial Investigation
29‑Mar‑2021 by Jeffery Williams
Sit visit conducted by Glenn Treadwell. Glenn was told, by site workers, some of the product was coming from Publix and Purina.
