1213:  Confirmed page with GEMA SWP. 1214:  Contacted Mr. Fisher.  He advised that due to a scrubber malfunction a compartment containing Ethylene Oxide had to be released into the atmosphere.  He also advised that he was unaware of the notification laws of Georgia.  I advised that in the future he must notify us within 15 minutes.  I also advised him that he would be receiving an FTR letter.
