I received the following from Ms Sue Brown, Remax agent: 1) 650 scrap tires to Processor, receipts attached 2)Pictures of scrap tire area before & after remediation opy of complaint faxed to police Captain Kenny McDonald, City of Guyton, fax 912-772-8761. Complaint resolved.

While home with the flu I took a call from A law firm representative, from Ellis, Painter,Ratterree & Adams, a Mr Austin representing Freddie Mac. I explained there also is an undeveloped piece of property owned by Mr Jerald Bartley with approximately 200 tires. If this is also under foreclosure I would like to see these tires removed appropriately. This property is at 461 4th St Ext , Guyton. I spoke to Ms Sue Brown of Remax Savannah explaining the 700 tires need to go to a Scrap Tire Disposal Facility which is licensed by the state. The Scrap Tire Carier must also be licensed by the state. I recommended Recovered Materials, Inc out of Alma. Carrier# 003-004-CR, Disposal Facility# 003-001-STP. Telephone# 912-632-4751. She has to deal with Freddie Mac first but will keep me updated. She can't sell the house without first removing the tires.

I visited tire dump site at 383 Brogdon Rd, Guyton with Effingham County Code Officer Mike Wirth & Guyton Police Captain Kenny McDonald, 505 Magnolia St. Guyton GA. 31312, 912-772-8745, fax 912-772-8761. This property has been forclosed thru Federal Home Loan Mortgage, previous property owner Jerald Bartley, (present address unknown). Contact through Ms Sue Brown, Remax Savannah, 912-355-7711.
