MR. HARLEY SAID HE HAS A BROKEN WATER LINE NEAR HIS WATER METER & NEEDS TO HAVE HIS WATER SERVICE RESTORED. MR. HARLEY SAID HE IS TOO POOR TO CALL A PLUMBER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE ASKED FOR HELP FROM THE LAKESIDE WATER COMPANY, BUT THEY REFUSED TO HELP SINCE THE BROKE WATER LINE IN BETWEEN HIS HOME & THE WATER METER.

The Meter Is Located In The Easement But In The Next Door Neighboor'S Yard. Lakeside Water Company Will Move The Meter To Mr. Harley'S Yard So That He Can Run A New Line To His House While Not Going Through Another'S Property.
