Follow-Up Investigation Report
13‑May‑2005 by hawthorne
Called The Property Owner And Spoke To Andy Nguyen. I Informed Him Of My Investigation Results And Neshap Requirements To Inspect A Facility For Asbestos And Submit A Written Project Notification For Demolition. He Stated That He Was Not Aware Of The Requirements And Stated That Best Construction Had Left The Job Unfinished. I Strongly Recommended That He Used The Services Of An Ahera Accredited Asbestos Inspector To Survey The C&D Waste To Properly Determine If Friable Asbestos Is Onsite And To Have The C&D Waste Hanbled By A Ga Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor To Properly Dispose Of The Waste. Faxed Copies Of Project Notification Form & A Asbestos Contractors List Of Local Contractors.
