Met With Michael Stevenson (Owner) At Facility And Explained Complaint. Observed Used Oil Storage Tank Located Outdoors On North Side Of Building And Inspected Property For Evidence Of Oil Release. No Evidence Of Oil Spill Was Observed.
Area Near Used Oil Storage Tank Had Standing Water, But No Evidence Of Spilled Oil Was Present. Tank Appeared To Be In Good Condition. Mr. Stevenson Explained That All Used Oil Is Transferred To Tank And Is Picked Up By Coastal Refining. Mailed Rcra Guidance Document For Automobile Repair Shops To Mr. Stevenson.
Complaint Not Substantiated. No Further Action.
