I had recently started CTS # 110944 for this site after receiving a call from a complainant. This same case (CTS # 109876) for same site was transferred to me today from elsewhere in EPD. EPD Hazardous Waste forwarded this complaint, outlining details that site is currently under cleanup process. Refer to attached document uploaded today regarding cleanup process. I am closing CTS # 110944 to avoid duplicate case entries.

From SOSC Conti. Met on site with EPA R4 at 1425, met with RP and Property Owner. RP is running a junk removal business and staging debris/waste at complaint location. Debris consists mostly of C&D debris and household debris, 5-gallon paint/epoxy/joint-compound containers, and a few 55-gallon drums with paint/water mixture. No containers were noted to be leaking, no impacts to soil observed, no storm drains or waterways impacted. RP verbally agreed to clean everything up. Advised RP of proper clean-up and disposal, and requested written scope-of-work in advance of any clean-up efforts. Demobilized at 1545.
