Greg Hood- Effingham Code Enforcement checked the area and found that nearly all residue had been cleaned up. Appears it had been contained and did not reach any drainage nearby.

Greg Hood-Effingham County Code Enforcement- investigated complaint- see email below:
Michelle, hope all is well. There is approximately 2-3 quarts of what appears to be motor oil on the ROW not a foot off of the roadway. It is not directly in front of 137 but it is approximately 10-15 feet from culvert that runs bellow Jennifer Cir. It could have dropped from a disabled vehicle that moved to the side of the roadway. It appears no one is home here. I will try to attach pictures. Thanks
